How Soltech lets patients book their own appointments, so your clinic doesn’t have to
Handling appointments takes up your clinic’s time. For many clinics, scheduling means checking if the patient is registered in PhilHealth/eGov, then managing and booking appointments.
That’s why we built self-scheduling into Soltech.
How it works
Before, your staff had to manually confirm that a patient was valid, then coordinate a time with them one message at a time.
Now, patients do it themselves:
Check registration. The patient enters their PIN to confirm they’re registered with your clinic.
Pick a date. They see your clinic’s calendar and choose a day.
Book a time. They select an open slot, and it’s done.
No verification calls. No back-and-forth. Your staff don’t have to be in the middle of it.
Why it matters
Less time on the phone means more time for actual patient care. Patients get to book when it’s convenient for them, and your clinic gets a schedule that fills itself.
