Feature Focus: Encoding Backlogs & PhilHealth validation
How Soltech helps you ensure your PhilHealth claims are compliant
Mistakes in encoding and missing information can cause your PhilHealth claims to get rejected – and this can mean your clinic does not get paid properly.
To avoid this, we built a submission tracker which flags non-compliant submissions – either because the submissions’ information do not match the PhilHealth database, or when there is missing information needed.
When you sign up with Soltech, we allow users to start encoding from day one, while we process your cipher key. However, this can lead to mismatches between what was encoded vs. what is in the PhilHealth database.
To resolve this, we display the cases where patient PINs, birthdates, or names are different from what is on the PhilHealth database.

Moreover, we also track when there are consultations which are still missing dispensed medicines or lacking lab results – to alert clinic staff that the results must be encoded before submitting to avoid incomplete submissions!

This helps us ensure that your clinic submits compliant records, and gets as many claims accepted as possible.
